Jim was saved on October 26, 1969, at Bible Baptist Church in Hutchinson, Kansas.    Sue was saved on March 29, 1981, at Faithway Baptist Church in Long Beach, California.  Jim and Sue were sent out of Gethsemane Baptist Church in Long Beach, California, Dr. David Smith, Pastor, and are now a part of Cornerstone Baptist Missions of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Findlay, Ohio, Walt Sheppard, Pastor.

Jim has worked in the construction industry for over 34 years and built his first church, Bible Baptist Church in Great Bend, Kansas, in 1974.  He has successfully managed the design, development and construction of hundreds of commercial, industrial and church projects throughout the United States.

Jim and Sue have felt the call of God to do something of eternal value in the construction field.  Their mission statement is:  "Help pastors and churches to successfully complete their building program and be good stewards of God's resources.  Look back on what has been built and know souls are being saved and lives challenged and changed for the glory of God.”
