We assist in providing value engineering while maintaining the quality of materials at the best possible pricing. We provide screening of subcontractors and produce complete scopes of work to professionally qualify all bidding on an equal basis.
Church has Control
The church is in control of their project at all times, from the bid process to the awarding of contracts and the payment of invoices, with the assistance of FBCS. FBCS authorizes payments based upon the work completed and the church pays the contractors directly. FBCS handles no funds.
